Who is responsible for changing light bulbs in a rental?

Tenant or Owner?

It is usually the tenant’s responsibility to change the light bulbs in a rental property.

There are however exceptions for more complicated bulb changes. If changing a bulb requires specialist knowledge and equipment then that may fall back to the property manager to arrange to be done. Any arrangement about light bulbs should be included in the special terms of the tenancy agreement.
